2. RESERVATION PRICES:

The exposed prices that are indicated through  the WEBSITE, includes VAT in the contracting of reservations, rate that will be reflected at the time of acceptance of the process in the REGISTRATION form.

3. FORMALIZATION OF THE RESERVATION:

6.1. WITHDRAWAL:

The right of withdrawal or cancellation will not be applicable, in accordance with article 103 of Law 3/2014, when the following sections are present:

(a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

(c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

(l) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transport of goods, rental of vehicles, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.

6.2. CANCELLATION:

The website administrator will only accept cancellations that meet the following requirements:

a.-  The cancellation of the reservation must be communicated to the administrator of the website 48 hours before the celebration of the reservation issued.

b.-  In the event that the cancellation occurs in less than 48 hours, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded, being able to postpone it to another day that an agreement is reached between the client and GO BEACH CLUB.

c.- If the reason for the return is attributable to GO BEACH CLUB, (the service is incorrect or incomplete, it is not what had been reserved, etc.), the amount of the refund will be refunded in application of article, 107.1, of Law 3/2014. 

To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed.

You must inform GO BEACH CLUB as soon as possible in business days of  the reservation, and indicate that the reservation wishes to be canceled.

The administrator of the website accepts and treats cancellations and changes under the protection of local laws, and the EU Directive mentioned above.

7. REIMBURSEMENT OF AMOUNTS:

The administrator  of the website GO BEACH CLUB, will manage the refund of the amount of the reservation, under the same system that was used for payment. The application of the refund in the account or payment card of  the USER / CLIENT, will depend on the payment system and the issuing bank. 

8. GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION:

These terms and conditions of sale and use are governed by the applicable Spanish legislation in the matter. To resolve any controversy or conflict that may arise, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts  of SANT FELIU DE LLOBREGAT, the city of origin, GO BEACH CLUB,  owner of  the WEBSITE, unless the law imposes another jurisdiction.
